Liquid Web may cost you a bit more, BUT they are reliable, have an experienced staff willing to help you 24/7, and worth every penny. They also offer a great self-help knowledge base and video tutorials too.
For the novice user, their cPanel (control panel) make is easy for you without having too much technical knowledge.
If you want less downtime, a more secure hosting environment, and great customer support, you’ll want to hop on the LiquidWeb train.

Which Liquid Web Hosting Do I recommend?
I recommend their Storm Dedicated Servers or Storm VPS. If you have more than one website it’s best to separate them on individual cPanels to isolate the file systems from each other. I don’t recommend using shared hosting with add-on domains. It’s best to go with dedicated or VPS so you can set them up properly.
